Understanding the NDIS Annual Price Review
The NDIS has released the Annual Price Review, with some significant changes for all therapeutic services.
This week, the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (PALP) for the 2025–26 financial year, was released and will come into effect from 1 July 2025.
Some of the changes in the PALP will directly impact billing and service delivery at Insight PBS and our sister-arm, Bridging Psychology.
We’ve collated some of the main changes to Behaviour Support, Psychology, Support Coordination and Plan Management.
Message from our Managing Director - Rosie
“With the introduction of the 2025–26 NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, alongside recent changes to NDIS Funding Periods and plan structures, we recognise the very real administrative and emotional impacts these updates can have on participants, families, and providers alike.
While the sector continues to face both perceived and actual challenges, from funding constraints to ongoing uncertainty around reforms; our focus remains clear.
Insight PBS remains deeply committed to delivering evidence-based, person-centred care, no matter how complex the landscape becomes. Our commitment to providing consistently high-quality, values-driven services that support participant goals, uphold dignity, and deliver measurable outcomes remains unchanged.
Thank you for continuing to place your trust in our team. We’ll keep doing what we do best: walking alongside the people we support, with transparency, care, and professionalism.”

The APR has recommended that all of Psychology should now have the same national rate of $232.99. While this is a $10/hour increase in VIC, NSW, QLD and ACT, it does mean a $11.23/hour cut in WA, SA, TAS and NT.

Other relevant changes for the Insight PBS Community
Support Coordinators
Will receive no increase in pricing. The Support Coordination sector will be seeing some significant changes in the coming months and years especially with the new Navigator Role coming down the pipeline. While Support Coordinators are seeing an increase in demand, the upcoming changes to the sector means that all of this demand may be met.
Plan Managers
Will also receive no increase in pricing and have had the setup fee removed. There is now only one monthly fee that can be charged, regardless of state, or level of remoteness.
Again, if you have any questions or queries about your own personal circumstances or plan, please do not hesitate to call us on 1300 824 930, or email us at hello@insightpbs.com.au with any questions.
